My mum dont even smoke in front of me, yet these people allowed a 2 year old kid to smoke like it's something NORMAL! It's totally insane! The parents must be sick in their mind! What are they doing!? Watching show?! And those adults there watching the little kid smoke. Dont they know it's bad for that kid?
